Aaron brings over a decade of experience and education to the table. He is a lifelong endurance athlete. He was first introduced to endurance sport in high school and eventually found the sport of cycling in college. He personally has experience with training and racing in the collegiate and domestic race scenes. Aaron’s passion for endurance sport guided his educational journey having received a master’s is High Altitude Exercise Physiology and a PhD in Human Bioenergetics (exercise physiology). Aaron has extensive experience coaching athletes at all levels of various endurance sport disciple including cycling, running, and triathlon.
He specializes in applying scientific knowledge and using scientific data in the real-world scenarios and situations to solve challenging problems.
Aaron implements both innovative training methodologies while still prescribing to scientifically proven and support training methods. He has vast experience and knowledge in knowing how to correctly and effectively implement and utilize advanced training science methods to optimize and improve performance.
Finn is a lifelong competitor whose background as a high-level racer informs every aspect of his work with athletes. He was introduced to sport at a young age through basketball, soccer, and football before discovering cycling in junior high school. As a junior racer, Finn progressed through the domestic development pathway, earning multiple state championship titles and competing internationally at events such as the Junior Tour of Ireland and the Tour de DMZ.
As an under-23 athlete, Finn raced with Team California and Team Mike’s Bikes, gaining experience in some of the most competitive events on the U.S. calendar. Following university, he relocated to France to work within the cycling industry and immerse himself in the sport at its highest level.
Finn’s passion for cycling and his desire to help others pursue their own goals led him to coaching as he transitioned away from full-time racing. As a coach, he draws on his extensive racing background and broad knowledge of training methodologies to guide athletes toward long-term development and sustainable performance gains. He specializes in a highly personalized coaching approach, working closely with athletes to integrate effective training within the real-world constraints of daily life. Through consistent communication and thoughtful planning, Finn ensures training remains practical, manageable, and progressive, while helping athletes reach their full potential.
Sophie is a lifelong endurance athlete with adecade of run coaching experience for runners of all ages. She first caught the bug when she was 11 after seeing her dad run a marathon and has been a competitive runner ever since. Sophie ran cross country and track collegiately where she primarily raced the 800m and 1500m. These days, those fast twitch
muscles are hanging on for dear life (do your strides people!) but she can be found racing on any surface ranging from the 5k-50-mile distances.
Sophie holds a degree in Exercise Science and has extensive experience coaching all ages and abilities, including coaching youth athletes for 8 years and adult 1:1 coaching for 4 years. When it comes to coaching, Sophie uses a holistic approach that factors in an athlete’s personal life, stressors, and other goals. While Sophie uses her exercise physiology and extensive racing background to prescribe scientifically based training, her main philosophy is to enjoy the process and have fun, as making training sustainable is what leads to breakthroughs down the road.
When Sophie isn’t running, she can be found gravel riding, climbing, weight training, slurping Carbs Fuel 50g Caffeine
gels, and skiing.

Ethan has over ten years of education in exercise and sport science along with a lifetime of real world experience. Ethan's interest in athletics began at age ten when his dad signed him up to play football. In middle school, he was introduced to amateur boxing where he competed through college.
During his boxing career, Ethan learned to how to supplement his endurance sport performance with resistance exercise: a tool he used to his advantage. Ethan states "Adding a resistance element to endurance training protocols should no longer be viewed as unnecessary. Instead, it should be viewed as essential."
With a master's in exercise physiology and currently in the final year of his PhD in Human Bioenergetics, Ethan understands the science and implementation of resistance exercise for improving speed, strength, and power.
Ethan understands the balance of being an athlete in the modern world and therefore specializes in implementing science based, time efficient resistance protocols to supplement endurance sport performance.
